moto.ch "GARAGENTALK" E-comparison test: ENERGICA Eva Ribelle RS vs. Harley-Davidson LIVEWIRE vs. ZERO SR/F
The most powerful e-naked bikes in a market comparison
In this episode of the garage talk at moto.ch, the focus is on an e-comparison test. The most powerful e-naked bikes on the market are compared: the ENERGICA Eva Ribelle RS, the Harley-Davidson LIVEWIRE and the ZERO SR/F. This also gives a foretaste of the upcoming second season, which will be broadcast on a monthly basis from the end of June and will include more outdoor comparison tests.
Before the actual comparison test, however, news of the week in the motorcycle world is presented. Yamaha announces the R7, a new supersport based on the best-selling MT-07, and mentions the young Swiss Lenoxx Phommara for its impressive performance in the Northern Talent Cup.
The comparison test takes a closer look at the three e-bikes. The ZERO SR/F impresses with a 14.4 kWh battery and a range extender, while the ENERGICA Eva Ribelle RS promises the greatest torque and a range of 400 km (in the city). The Harley-Davidson LIVEWIRE, on the other hand, impresses with a compact naked bike design and a harmonious ride.
During a test ride around Zurich, the riding characteristics and technical details of the e-bikes are examined in more detail. In the studio, a conclusion is drawn from the comparison test and the bikes are recommended for different types of riders. Despite the current price-performance ratio compared to petrol bikes, it is emphasized that the joy of new technology and the statement of being a part of this development is what makes riding electric motorcycles so much fun.
