Strong batteries, flexible charging options – safe on the road

With two 72V/28Ah lithium-ion batteries (4032 Wh), you're on the road with power and endurance. The batteries are cleverly installed in the footwell and can be charged inside or outside the scooter – whichever suits you best. The charging time of approx. 5–6 hours is perfect for charging overnight or during your work break.

The standard anti-lock braking system (ABS) and traction control (TCS) ensure maximum safety. They reliably support you during emergency braking and on wet or uneven roads – for a confident driving experience in every situation. The powerful NIU wheel hub motor delivers an impressive continuous output of 9,000 W and not only gets you quickly through the city, but also relaxed on the highway.

Tech & comfort in the NIU NQiX 500: Smart controls & loads of storage

The newly developed electronic control unit (ECU) in the NIU NQiX 500 opens up completely new possibilities for you. You can conveniently control functions such as location tracking, alarm notifications, over-the-air updates, and keyless starting from your smartphone via the app. Now you can even customize the driving characteristics individually – for a driving experience that perfectly suits you. The connection between you and your e-scooter has never been so smart and interactive.

The NQiX 500 also scores in terms of everyday usability: Under the extended, comfortable seat, you now have 28 liters of storage space available – that's around 40% more space than the NQi GTS.
