No. No practical test is required for the transition from small motorcycle subcategory A1 (from 15 years of age, 50 cc) to A1 subcategory (from 16 years of age, 125 cc). 

The restriction to 45 km/h is not entered on the driver's license, but is checked via the date of birth on the driver's license. A total of 3 practical tests must be completed up to category A.

No. From 2021, passing the theory test will apply to all categories, including category B (passenger cars).
